Having been in the catering industry since, well, forever between us, creating really great food is in our blood. So we thought, why not bring it to as many of you as possible by taking it on the road?

We're not knocking them, we love a rustic slice and a juicy patty but the humble sarnie seems to have been left behind... That's where we come in. With professionalism and a little finesse, we'll make you and your pals the most outrageous sarnies of your life from our mobile truck.

We've perfected our focaccia, we've stuffed them full of delicious things and our customers have been falling for them dough-hook, line and sinker. So we thought, why not take it on the road this year and spread the loaf farther and wider?
